Some of you know that I have been hard at work honing my affiliate marketing craft these last few months.
I apologize for my lack of updates to this site and even to the GTME software. No matter how hard I try, I can never seem to get more than 24 hours in a day, but I feel like I need 36.
For those of you that are fans of the software and affiliate marketing tips I have given away in the past, don’t go anywhere because I have something coming that I think you are going to LOVE!
I don’t want to say too much more at this point, but stay tuned over the next two weeks and find out how you will take your Internet Marketing to the next level!

Hi Everyone,
First, I would like to say that I appreciate everyone that has downloaded my GTrends Made Easy software. I realize that for the past month or so, the Estimated Google search count based on the GTrends method has been broken. Fixing this problem has been on my list of things to do and I actually found and fixed the problem earlier this week. I have been working on adding some of the feature requests that people had mentioned they wanted in the software.
However, I feel that at this point there is no need to continue working on GTME and I have decided to not release a new version of this software. The current version works well with Wordze still, so if you are using it with Wordze, then all of the Wordze info is displayed without a problem. However, I would say that the vast majority of users were only utilizing the Google Estimated search feature.
Since Google is now giving ACTUAL search volume numbers in their own keyword tool, I feel that it is no longer necessary to utilize the GTrends method and hence that portion of my software is no longer needed.
If any of you would still like me to fix the gtrends portion and post a new version, then please let me know. Otherwise, I do not plan on releasing a new version of GTME.

It looks like Google has re-instated the keyword that is the base comparison phrase for calculating GTrends. That means that GTME is working again. I don’t know if Google will remove the base comparison phrase again or not, but for now, GTME is working!
I hope everyone takes advantage of this opportunity to find those niche phrases!
Best Wishes,
Benjamin
P.S. Thanks to Shannon & Chris for letting me know that Google had re-instated the phrase.

Of course!!
The main reason you should go ahead and download GTME is so that you will be added to my email list and I can notify you once there is a working version available (for free).
Don’t worry, I don’t send out emails to you trying to get you to buy affiliate offers. You can ask anyone on my list, the last email I sent out was back in January of this year (and it was for an affiliate offer that I thought would be useful, however, I quickly decided to not do that again and haven’t since). So, you won’t get bombarded with spam or affiliate junk from me.

You may have noticed recently that Gtrends Made Easy is not returning an estimated Google Search Volume count (other than -1).
The reason for this is that Google has removed the baseline search phrase that GTME used to estimate other search phrases from it’s Google Trends website.
Remember that GTME was developed based on the GTrends method from the Thirty Day Challenge. The folks at the Thirty Day Challenge are working on some additional baseline phrases that we can use.
Once they have released those phrases, I will update GTME and let you know where you can download the new version for free. I also plan on making this next version configurable so that you can use your own baseline phrase if you want.
The current version still returns the estimated number of search results for the exact match of the phrase and it can also be used with a Wordze subscription to retrieve keyword suggestions and search volume counts, however, it will not return the estimated google search volume.

I just wanted to take a second to apologize to those of you who have emailed me recently. I have been swamped lately and just haven’t made the time to respond yet. I will do my best to respond this week to you individually.

I just wanted to write up a quick post about Google’s Placement Targeted Campaigns.
Most people spend their time on the keyword targeted campaigns (I even have a free tool to help with keyword research), but you shouldn’t neglect the placement targeted campaigns because they can be profitable as well.
Think about it, Google is giving you the option of targeting a specific site for your ad. However, even more important than targeting the specific site, is that you are able to target a specific PAGE on that site.
Why is that important? To give you an example, I recently launched a placement targeted PPC campaign and was losing money to test various sites’ performance. After a little while, I had enough stats that showed there was 1 site that looked promising. After further testing, I narrowed that 1 site down to 1 page that gave me the best return. So, my entire placement targeted campaign now consists of 1 page on 1 site. However, it generates a positive ROI on my ad spend and I don’t do anything except let it run.
PPC is tricky and you can lose a lot of money without really making anything, so I don’t recommend that people just go out and try it without having the capability to stand the loss of funds and also a good tracking system in place so you can tweak your campaign based on your stats.
However, if you want to give it a shot, it can definitely be profitable (after the initial loss to collect data usually).

Not that I didn’t already know this, but it is always nice to get validation from a reputable source.
I got an email from softpedia today saying that they had finished testing GTrends Made Easy and it passed all of there tests and I can now display their “100% Clean Award”.
So here it is:

There are a lot of people in the Internet Marketing world giving out free information. However, usually the free information is just a teaser or intro to get you to buy their paid product that guarantees to show you how to make your fortune. If you do end up buying it, then it is usually hit or miss as to whether the information really helps, but one thing is for sure, you helped increase the other person’s bankroll.
There are two forums that I am an active member of and feel they provide great information and friendly folks. The first one is where I got started and have been an active member for a while. It is called affearners and highly recommend it.
The second forum that I am an active member of is a relatively new forum and it is run by a guy that I have come to really appreciate and respect. His name is Ruck and I am amazed by the information he gives away, along with the sheer volume of the work that he produces. He never tries to sell you anything of his own, but gives away tons of quality information on how you can make money in this business.
For an example of a quality post he made about CPA offers, keyword research and landing pages, visit this link.
I highly recommend that you check out both his blog and forum.
